Through repeated trials and refinements, we have created a recipe that is uniquely our own. Each type of Shinmuu meatball preserves the original taste and texture of its core ingredients, with minimal processing. We place great importance on selecting high-quality raw materials and maintaining their natural qualities.

“Shinmuu” meatballs contain no synthetic flavor enhancers, artificial coloring, artificial fragrances, or preservatives. Instead of relying on chemical additives, we choose to preserve our meatballs through freezing—a simple yet effective method that maintains freshness and flavor. While ice crystals may occasionally form, this approach ensures that our meatballs can be stored for extended periods without compromising safety or relying on chemical preservatives.
